Wonderful experience repairing a shower faucet. Brad was on time, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Very personable. His explanations were educational and thorough. This is the second time I've used TJK and recommend them to family and friends. Finding a company that you trust is a rare gem.

These guys went above and beyond to help us out of a sort of complicated issue from a previous renovation (not done by them, or us) of our kitchen. We also had some repair work done on our dishwasher and they installed the water line to the new fridge. Very professional and it felt like you were dealing with people who really knew what they were doing which was great. We just wanted to leave this review to say thanks for all of the help!

I called before they closed and they were able to send an after hours person to my store. I had two units that needed to be fixed and it was cold and snowy on roof but he got them all working.

Jeremy from Mr. Rooter worked long and hard to clear a drain that had been trouble off and on for 20 years. He was prompt, friendly and clean. Especially given the amount of effort the price was very fair.
