I hired Norblom because New Brighton is changing out water meters. My shut-off valve did not work and needed to be replaced to change out the meter. I had never heard of freezing the pipe. I contacted numerous contractors only 2 could do it. They got it done for $400.00 my next best bid was $600.00. These people are pros from the receptionist to the men they send out. Erickson installed a Rheem hybrid pump water heater for me. The install itself was smooth, but where these guys really went above and beyond was answering my questions ahead of the install. These hybrid pump units are somewhat newer, so naturally I had a few questions, and if Erickson didn't have the answer, they went right to their Rheem rep to get me the relevant info. Really a great experience working with Erickson.

Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.

His depth of knowledge was evident in how he was able to remove our 70-year-old cast iron and lead piping, reconfigured the main stack layout in accordance with current code, and replaced it with new black ABS pipe that should provide us decades of worry-free, reliable service!

Very professional & knowledgeable. They did a trenchless pipe relining. We’ve dealt with our main drain backing up for years due to tree roots.
