We bought a house knowing that the outlets needed to be grounded. I scheduled a time for someone to come take a look and give us a free estimate. Joe arrived and I told him what we wanted done and he did a very thorough job walking through the house, checking outlets, and explaining things. It took some time before we had the finances to schedule the actual work, but I was pleasantly surprised to find they were able to get us on the schedule within 8 days from my calling to schedule. I was also happy that Joe was able to come back to do the installation as he already knew what we were working with. The job ended up taking slightly longer than expected because of some faulty wiring in the house, but Joe was sure to check in when his estimated time was up and give a progress report and make sure I was okay with him continuing work. The total cost ended up being almost spot on with the estimate. I really appreciate the thoroughness of Joe's work and will certainly be reaching out to Erickson to schedule future projects.

Adam did a great job. Everything is working great. He was punctual. He got a ton of work done really quickly. He cleaned up really well after the work was finished. He really went above and beyond even helping me hang a curtain rod! All around great experience.

Bonfe gouged me $530 for a snake and scope that just ended up backing up 1 month later. After the scope, the BONFE technician was very abrasive and tried to get me to spend (not kidding) $25,000 on repairs. His tactic was to scare me and get me to sign on the dotted line.

Polar opposites of Ken's Sewer Service. They were very professional and fair. At the end of my hydro-jetting of my sewer line, the technician showed me the video and explained the nature of my old pipes without trying to get me to do anything extreme. In fact, he didn't try to sell me on anything. He did the job right and left. Look no further than Ken's!

DO NOT USE Do It Right Plumbing SCAM!!! Pedro is vindictive, disrespectful and uses unscrupulous business practices to gain business. He participates in unsolicited calls as well to scam people. He'll give a quote 3Xs higher than the average and when you do not use his services he will claim you have illegal plumbing and report you to the city inspector. Absolutely unbelievable. Reporting to BBB as well. This man should not have a license to be a plumber! Please share this and spread the word to prevent others from being scammed!

Rusty was incredibly knowledgeable with an attention to detail that is hard to find nowadays. Gust Plumbing beat everyone else's price and Rusty gave outstanding customer service. First Class Full service plumbing contractors

Contracted through America Home Shield Warranty (another terrible company). Utterly worthless. It took them two days to dispatch a plumber. He showed up in his personal vehicle. By then the clog had partially cleared. I explained what the previous plumber found and the remedy that was needed (full clean out). The plumber flushed the toilet a few times while looking at the cleanout. The toilet backed up but slowly cleared. He declared that since it wasn't a full stoppage there was nothing he could do. I asked him to remove the toilet and snake to the cleanout. He said he wasn't authorized to remove the toilet. Huh? A plumber who can't remove a toilet?
This company is a joke.
