I'll start by saying that I have not yet used Jake for our plumping issue, but the five stars are for the 20 minutes he spent with me on the phone. I called him from California to discuss a possible sewer problem on a home we purchased for my son in St Paul. Jake was absolutely wonderful in discussing possible fixes, keeping the cost as low as possible, and just all the time he spent with me on a busy work day. I've been a home and business owner in California for over 45 years and have had a lot of interaction with plumbers, and none have been so pleasant and understanding about throwing money at something that is not yet a problem. I will definitely hire Jake to do the work for us once the property closes.

Professional and job completed timely & questions were answered regarding water heater. We thought hot water wasn't up and running but it just took longer then the required 1 hour, probably 24 hrs for full hot water. They were going to have a service tech come back out to check but called to informed it was already resolved.

Corey and his team were incredible. We had our septic go out and in less than 24 hours he showed up, did the work, checked to make sure nothing was missed, cleaned up --best of all his service, attitude, capability were incredible. I would recommend him and use him again in a heartbeat. Corey understands service and excellence!

We had an issue with drainage at our house. Specifically, if we were running our washer and shower and flushed the toilet, we’d get backup belching from some of the drains in the house. A1 Copper Repipes came out and was able to quickly assess that it wasn’t simply a backed-up shower drain. They quickly pivoted and began to test the main drainage (sewar pipe). Thanks to their experience, they were able to quickly identify the issue. What’s more, they explained in clear and simple terms. We’ve worked with other plumbing services companies where they talk fast and use lots of jargon/lingo that the average person doesn’t quite follow. We appreciated that.

I'm VERY UNHAPPY with the service I received from this company. They were unable to fix our problem in the end. Charged us for coming out 1st time stating it was fixed, (NOPE NOT FIXED) came back a second time charged us even more and the issue is still the same AS BEFORE HE CAME OUT. I'm in the service industry and if you are UNABLE to fix a problem the money should be returned or you should actually fix what you have been paid for. That's just wrong. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Our water heater went out in our new house and it's pretty cold outside so we needed it replaced quickly. They came out same day and got it down and were awesome. Even looked at our water softner to let us know what we needed for it since we've never had one before and the house came with one.

I attempted three times over four weeks to to have Richfield Plumbing to come and give me an estimate to replace some drain and vent pipe in my kitchen remodel job. I got no calls back to schedule the technician for the estimate. I would not waste my time attempting to contact them.
