I'm a repeat customer and I'm completely satisfied again. This time they sold and installed a new water heater. I got several bids and TJK's was very reasonable. Really appreciated the good work of Josh and Kyle and followup from Dan and the team.

Jake is an honest, friendly and timely plumber. He addressed some long-deferred leaks in my bathroom plumbing. He did a great job accessing the problem area through my ceiling and showed me how to install an access panel for future needs. I've used Jake for plumbing many times over the years and it has always been a great experience. I highly recommend them.

Contacted them through their website and all prearrival communications were via email. They gave me an accurate quote off the pictures and requests I emailed them. The tech was on time and was able to complete all the tasks. The tech even was able to get the laundry faucet to mount properly to the sink. Looked like it had never been mounted before that.

I have never been more impressed with a plumber in all the years I've needed various services. Benson is by far the most considerate, thorough, timely, and quick-thinking service tech I've encountered. Be very careful in negotiations with this company. I called their company up and asked if they could beat a price of 390 plus dollars, he said yes. He beat the price by a few dollars. When the service man came out, I asked him what they change. It was 160 for the first hour and 80 dollars after that. The service man was there less than an hour. He still changed me over 299 dollars for time. I asked him why you are charging me above your rate, he said that is what we agreed too. I can not argue that, but I did find a better plumber than this. He got me, I will not use them again.
