Your wasting your time calling anyone else because they are the go to company for MAC sound abatement and the others can’t help you.

I replaced a furnace today after a service call yesterday to replace the igniter switch. I was offered a quality American made furnace at a great price and also had the humidifier added as well. The men who worked on the installation were friendly, competent, and went out of their way to explain where they were in the process , when they would be done, and cleaned up and removed the materials they used, the old furnace, and left everything in working order. I was shown how to use the equipment as well. I totally recommend them for any work. Tomorrow the plumber is coming out to take care of a clogged water pipe. They offer a monthly plan that includes yearly check up a d cleanup of heating, air, and plumbing for $10/month. With this plan I will not pay a upfront charge for them just coming out. I have used their affiliate Adams Pest for years for another branch of service for lawn care and treatment. This family owned business treats me as if I am family. My lawn is beautiful!

I had to pay $324 for fuse replacement. Sure I trouble shot and cleaned the unit and missed something as easy as a fuse. But for the sake of humanity. That’s just highway robbery. Not to mention, I asked the tech to email me the invoice, stating “depending how much the service is will depend on what credit card I use”, as I had to leave for work- and because I was instructing and couldn’t answer the text and the card on file Was declined, the tone of the note written on my invoice “client did not answer my callsOr texts, referred them to collections” for a whole 45 mins in a delay because I was at work. So I really didn’t appreciate the lack of professionalism there or the tone in their text message after I said I was at instructing so I couldn’t answer their phone call (when I specifically said please text) and probably felt that he could write and say whatever he wanted to because I’m a home owner in north Minneapolis. So will I Deans again- probably not. $324 to be treated like I’m trying to steal their over priced fuses- nope. Thankful my AC is running- next time before cleaning and switching my own capcitators instead of getting frustrated I’ll make sure I check the fuses first. It’s kinda criminal. Definitely unethical.
