Jeff came out this afternoon, and from the minute he came to the front door, I could tell he was genuine, and cared about his job and his customers. He quickly identified the problem with my equipment, and was able to give me options, and tell me the pros and cons of each option. He was straightforward, and even took the time to give me helpful hints about how to optimize my current system for free. Trustworthy, efficient, and helpful.

I called yesterday to ask if they will service snowblowers and they said Harvey would give me a call. Less than 24 hrs later, Harvey has picked up our snowblower, serviced it, and is set to return it shortly! On a Saturday, no less! I’m very happy with their customer service.

Jeff was amazing! We were having problems with our AC and he came out (twice). He was prompt, kind and willing to explain things to me in a way I could understand. Honestly, I just didn't expect much, we purchased the unit a year ago and expected some push back when we called to say it wasn't cooling to our expectations. Everyone we spoke to was helpful and responsive. They were able to come out the next day (both times) which we really appreciated. We're now completely comfortable and truly thrilled with the service we received from Pronto.
