We had tenants in hotels with costs mounting quickly, but Tim was able to get us up and running without the need to have the tenants away a second night. We're out-of-town property owners and we needed someone local and trustworthy, and these are the guys you want in that situation. They even recommended I shop around for a concrete repair company to fix the floor after they'd finished, but after a few calls it was clear Tim's price was even better than the concrete companies.
