Our a/c went out and we had Standard out to diagnose. The tech that came out was beyond courteous and professional and was up front with us that our system could not be repaired (it was over 30 years old) and would need replacement. We had the sales guy out a week later to get us a quote and he was also friendly and professional but tried to up-charge us for a new thermostat (the company went with replaced ours with a new smart thermostat for free) and the replacement would take over 2 weeks. We ended up going with a different company as Standard came out to be almost 2K more for replacement. They also give discounts for Yelp/Angies List reviews so keep that in mind when review shopping. The service was great but pricing was well beyond other companies for less.
