Sabastian called and texted me to confirm my appointment. On day of appointment, he also gave courtesy call to inform me of his estimated arrival time. He came with his trainee on time and replaced 2 compression stops underneath my bathroom sink. They got the job done on a timely manner and explained everything in a way that I can understand. I appreciate that he also took the time to recommend replacing my water softener and explained why it needs to be replaced. Honestly, I do not write reviews ever but, I have to give credit where it is due and put others on to the great service that we always receive from Cyrus. He has provided exceptional service for both my home plumbing needs and our place of business. Any issues we have he is available, professional, super knowledgeable and kind. Tyler came to the rescue of a toilet over flowing that I could not get to stop. He was super kind and understanding and showed me all my options. He got the water to stop. I will be using them to install a new toilet and do the piping in the basement.

Rod came out to check a backed up sink drain that I had previously tried to clear with a drill snake from Menards. He was able to determine that it was clean, but just had a sit a while with water to unplug the clog, and explained it was like a slow slug. He also put some silicon on a pipe that had a slight leak out of site in the wall. Since he didn't use his drain equip, he just gave me a trip charge, which was less than 50% of a cleaning. He was very patient in answering any questions that I had about my plumbing.

The issue was a very STINKY main toilet that was plugged for two days. The reason for my rating is I submitted a request through your website on 2/15/22 to have someone come out on 2/16/22 early in the morning because I had to leave for work at 7:45. I called the office and the customer service person said no one was available before 8:00, so I asked her to switch my appointment to the evening. I waited that entire evening and no one showed up. No one called until I called customer service. Then the dispatcher called and said they didn't have anyone available and said I could reschedule for 2/17/22. I did get service that day, but I had to leave a dentist appointment early to make sure I was home. I had two horrible extractions and lots of pain medicine, and it was not great to have to deal with this situation after the dentist. I think I was charged $690 to pull the toilet off (which is ridiculous) because they said they couldn't clear the problem. Needless to say I won't be using you service again anytime soon if ever.

Rip off!!!! Charged longer than they were actually at our house! Did more than what they came for ,only needed wall pipe retreaded, he put in the sink drain and drain stopper without asking. Oh and they charge for even driving to your house to!!!

Irresponsible and unprofessional.

I I was never so disappointed with this service. Did the bait and switch on me and charged me doublefrom their add. More importantly he didn't unclog the sewer line. Had to call drain busters to do it properly
