I Had a issue with drain and he went out of his way to make it over quick. I have owned this house for 20 years and had drains cleaned before, but not with the professionalism he had, and the care he took. ( ex.. used tarps to protect my things.). He made sure, that I was totally satisfied with the job before he left.

I had them replace my dry wall and floors They did incredible work, and the young man (hunter) was so polite. He worked hard and did good work. The prices were reasonable as well. I would definitely use them for any future work.

Omer and O&W Heating and Cooling were absolute lifesavers. My husband and I had an old Central Air unit that was causing some issues with our HVAC, come to find out, it was a much bigger issue. But, Omer was quick to try and help us out and extremely knowledgeable about everything he does and even gave us a few tips, pointers and basic homeowner lessons (which being new homeowners was very much appreciated). All in all we thought we were going to be without central air for at least a couple of weeks and Omer managed to not only find a central air unit (which because of COVID there are shortages) but also to install it all in a couple of days. The responsiveness and helpfulness was appreciated and has just earned O&W Heating and Cooling a client for life. My husband and I would 100% recommend Omer and his company to everyone!

We highly recommend Knauer Plumbing as they have completely redone the plumbing in our old home from all new copper piping to new kitchen sink, dishwasher, basement shower, and two bathrooms. Buzz is knowledgeable and did a very neat job of the plumbing. We have enjoyed working with him as he is pleasant and easy to have around. This summer a new furnace installation went smoothly. (We didn't tell them that this new furnace actually cost $500 less than the one did 21 years ago). The furnace we had before was actually oversized and Kevin was very careful to calculate the size of the new furnace. Kevin had the air conditioning working on the first day of a two day installation. He is professional with clear communication and answered all my many questions. It is always a pleasure to work with Knauer, our neighborhood plumbing company. We have referred neighbors to Knauer and they have always been pleased.

The tech who came out had no idea what was wrong and spent half the time texting photos to a more experienced person to try to figure out what was wrong and the other half trying to take apart and put the furance back together. After an hour and a half he still had no idea what was wrong and didn't have any idea where to go next to figure out the problem. I may as well have thrown the $213 it cost me into the furnace and saved myself the half day I blocked off for his arrival. He left and my furnace was no closer to being fixed. If you use this company ask for a tech to come out who has training in the field or for one to accompany the lesser trained employee. Otherwise you may as well google the problem and attempt to do it yourself.

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. Norm came to our new house to unclog a toilet and ended up leaving a huge (unsanitary) mess in the bathroom and also didn't mention an eruption of water from the toilet which ended up leaking into my basement and stained a huge area of carpeting and my couch (again unsanitary). This was discovered later after he had left and when we asked him about it he admitted he should have checked the basement, but went on to say he would do nothing about it and was extremely rude and argumentative. I would stay far away from this horrible service.
