Don't waste time, money or energy. It is experience s like mine that give contractors a bad wrap. They did not show up on appointment day until I called twice. Ryan was who did consult, but someone else was sent to do job. I had not moved in so I had to go to work, I was not contacted to confirm job, status or even told it was completed. The job was not completed to my specifications. I called next day to question, and received text that it was done. I sent email that I was not pleased, got an I'm sorry and the owner would be notified. Days later I have not been contacted and issue not resolved. Clearly they dont want/need business. I was considering using them for a new bathroom, glad I didn't.

I called late on a Friday afternoon because my furnace wasn't working. I spoke with the owner who assured me that she could get a tech out within the hour. He showed up in 30 minutes. Yay me. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem with my furnace within the hour and I was heated and happy. I feel that the professional service I received was worth every penny. Cliff Bergin is the epitome of a well run family business that still truly cares about customer service. Their techs are so polite and informative, the time for a service call is relatively short and each time I needed furnace service they were able to repair immediately.

The best of the 'hardware' stores. I like being able to look up items I need online and seeing where they are located in the store ahead of time, which saves a lot of time. Service is great, and employees are knowledgeable. Only wish they would still cut plywood and plexiglass to size like they did in the past. Must be some liability thing now. Otherewise, an all-around awesome experience for any home needs.
