Goes by milwaukee plumbing services for billing purposes. Will charge you at least $80 to walk in the door and claims all non-desperate plumbers do the same. That is a lie. Will then tell you not to purchase any replacement parts so they can get you a warranty. That is just to upcharge you. Finally, got a second quote that was nearly half the price. Look elsewhere.

Tess was super helpful and the plumber Scott was great. Best plumbing experience I have had in my twenty years of owning a home. I won't call another plumber going forward!

I first received a call from John on 05/17/2021. John was able to give me so much information on the best AC unit for our home. He is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. We had a different company come out to our home the previous week and that particular technician did not give us as much information as John did. John even had Brian come out to double check our ductwork as a precaution. I am so pleased with all the service we have received from Seider. With this being such a big purchase for our new home, it could have been stressful. John made sure that it was not.
