Ben replaced a toilet flange our basement bathroom. He spent about 1 hour and 15 minutes working the job. He charged me $750 for the work. Ridiculous! I really was shocked that he would rip me off so bad! I will never use him again.

Long story short: made an appointment for the following afternoon. No one showed up or called. I called them and was basically told they forgot. Now I have to scramble to find another plumber so I can get my refrigerator delivered tomorrow. This is my 2nd negative experience with Roy's plumbing. Should have learned my lesson the first time.
