We are the proud owners of a beautiful 1930 Tudor home in Wauwatosa. When we began a kitchen remodel two years ago we decided to keep the large cast iron radiator under the sink which required all the contractors to work around it when upgrading the plumbing, installing fixtures etc. Milestone did the work and became our plumber then and I can't say enough about the quality of the service they provide, from initial scheduling and explanation of the scope of the job (Thanks Katie and Scott!) to the high level of professional workmanship they provide (Thanks Charlie, Adam and all the other plumbers from Milestone who've done work here!!) and to the the owner, Jessie who's commitment to customer service is shared by everyone I've worked with there. And lest I forget, a special shout-out to Luke who has spent the most time here and who just finished installing new water supply lines from the basement to the 2nd floor bathroom - You don't often use the term adventure in plumbing but Luke overcame enough obstacles to get the project done that he may have achieved the plumbers version of Jedi Knight status! Milestone is fairly priced, thorough and professional. I highly recommend this all around great company!

I had a small issue with my water heater that Brian was kind enough to fit me in for. The agreement was that Brian would come at the end of his day to quickly take care of something for me. Well, the night before SE Wisconsin experienced flooding and Brian was inundated with calls for sump pump repairs and general flooding issues. It would have been totally reasonable of him to push back my issue one day, but he didn't. He made it to my house after a very long day a little before 8:00 PM, was pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and very affordable. Brian will be my new plumber for as long as he chooses to stay in business. I very highly recommend him.

Goes by milwaukee plumbing services for billing purposes. Will charge you at least $80 to walk in the door and claims all non-desperate plumbers do the same. That is a lie. Will then tell you not to purchase any replacement parts so they can get you a warranty. That is just to upcharge you. Finally, got a second quote that was nearly half the price. Look elsewhere.

I had a very small drywall finishing job. The drywall was already there and just needed a coat or two of mud. Was quoted between $800 and $900 dollars for it. This company is not so handy when you are quoted an exorbitant amount. I will not be contacting for any future needs. I'm a sub-contractor and Milwaukee Handyman has to get their cut. - Actual quote from the drywall guy they sent out.
