Never showed up for my service in December

Fantastic service. Quick and very efficient

Journeymen that work there are great, but Brennan sends you a lump sum bill and won't respond to any questions regarding it. I have tried for over 4 months to pay a bill, but I get a different answer every time I ask. I sent a letter to one of the owners, again trying to resolve the $500 plus bill, but never got a response. Horrible customer service. It's too bad as the journeymen that come out for service have always been great. Other tenants in our building downtown also complain about they feel they have been overcharged many times. We have a great HVAC contractor in Brookfield that we'll have to use in the future.

I highly recommend Seider for a variety of heating and plumbing services. I have used this company for different needs over the years, and have never been disappointed.
I called after business hours, and Mike went out of his way to both recommend and order a specialty piece so that I could receive the part by the very next morning....delivered to my home by 8:30 am! Sue Ann called me to set up an appointment for that very day! Jay arrived on time, and represented Seider in a professional manner by being courteous and hard working. He fixed our plumbing problem in a timely and efficient manner. We were very pleased with the results. His partner, Jason, was ready to assist, if needed.
In less than 20 hours, Seider had the problem analyzed, suggested possible solutions, and completed all repair work.
I am very impressed with Seider and thank them for giving service that was above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend!
