Best Preventive Maintenance in Milwaukee WI

Needed a new sump pump with a battery back up system. Came out to give us an cost estimate. Answered questions about that project, as well as a few others regarding other plumbing issues. Were able to set up appointment to complete job, in just a few days. Would have liked more information on the equipment that was going to be installed. Did get that info, upon asking for it. Very patient with all our questions. Very respectful of our house, wearing bootie they brought to wear over shoes. Cleaned up everything afterward. Everyone we talked to, including office personnel, did everything they could to make sure we were satisfied customers. Would hire them, again.

Darryl reached out within an hour of my initial inquiry. He came, looked at the pipes, made a recommendation and quoted me a price. He arrived at the stated time, did the work, cleaned up any dirty area and was on his way. Super nice guy. I would use him again and recommend him to others with drainage problems. Reasonable price for the work.

Omer came out on Sunday and diagnosed our problem. He showed us where the broken part was, and explained what he needed to do to fix it. He also replaced our filter (which was long overdue), cleaning, and did a great job explaining our Nest to us. It pays to have a certified Nest professional when working with smart wi-fi thermostats. Journeymen that work there are great, but Brennan sends you a lump sum bill and won't respond to any questions regarding it. I have tried for over 4 months to pay a bill, but I get a different answer every time I ask. I sent a letter to one of the owners, again trying to resolve the $500 plus bill, but never got a response. Horrible customer service. It's too bad as the journeymen that come out for service have always been great. Other tenants in our building downtown also complain about they feel they have been overcharged many times. We have a great HVAC contractor in Brookfield that we'll have to use in the future.
