I first received a call from John on 05/17/2021. John was able to give me so much information on the best AC unit for our home. He is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. We had a different company come out to our home the previous week and that particular technician did not give us as much information as John did. John even had Brian come out to double check our ductwork as a precaution. I am so pleased with all the service we have received from Seider. With this being such a big purchase for our new home, it could have been stressful. John made sure that it was not. Him, Brian and the technicians that installed our unit were professional, prompt and courteous. They really put our mind at ease when it came to this decision.
