Justin was my service provider. He provided me with excellent service today. He appears to be very knowledgeable in his field and was able to solve the problem very quickly and efficiently. It was very nice to work with someone as pleasant as Justin.

I called because I had used this company before and needed the plumbing fixed in my bathroom vanity. Was given a time frame for my repair of 10am to 1pm. Sat at home until shortly after 1pm and called to check on the status of my technician, only to be argued with by the owner and told they don't come to my area. When I tried to tell him they have before which is why I called again, he just started arguing with me and told me to call someone else. When I explained his employee already promised service today and I was sitting at home waiting all day, he just continued arguing with me. Apparently his employee has done this before but he is simply not going to honor his word. Terrible way to do business, and looking at some of these other reviews, this isn't the first time they've fallen through on a commitment. Definitely do not recommed.

We used Milestone for our bathroom reno. They were fantastic. Scott and Katie were super easy to work with from the admin side. The plumbing team were super approachable. They stand behind their services. As one would expect, some unexpected things come up with these sort of projects and the team handled them extremely well. Very customer centric.

Installed Whole house heating and cooling unit. Exceptional service. Great Company.
