We had excellent service when we ran into what we thought was a backed up drain and was proven to be a broken sewer drain pipe. Sewer Ninjas worked with us quickly to diagnose and fix our sewer with their unique no dig solution. I feel very confident in their pipe lining repair and this solution was very cost effective, considering what it would have cost us to replace the entire pipe (as opposed to lining). They broke my sewer line when they were digging to replace my water line and charged me $1200 to fix it.

My mom called them to fix water backup in the basement. They couldn’t fix it yesterday and told her they would cone back today. At around noon today she called them and they told her a plumber would have to fix the problem. That information would have been nice to know yesterday. Now have to have a after hours plumber come to fix the problem.

Don’t even waste your time with other companies! On time with two guys who were professional and took their time. Problem fixed after having to go with one other company twice in four months for a backed up sewer
