We had a warranty issue with our new home. I was given a window of 11-1, he was there at 11. We ended up needing a new kitchen faucet. Nice guy, cleaned up afterwards, explained everything to my satisfaction. Even talked about doing an estimate for other work(not warranty). I am pleased.

You more than likely will have a decent experience with Hagen. However, when things go wrong after the fact, that is the true test of a company's character/service. I would avoid Hagen.

Frank, the plumber, diagnosed the problem, repaired the issue, cleaned the area after the work, and was extremely professional. I highly recommend their services!

Had them fix a trap on a sink, and a gasket on my toilet. It was over $450! Very expensive, took almost 3 hours, and the work was average at best.
I would look else where!
