I called late on a Friday afternoon because my furnace wasn't working. I spoke with the owner who assured me that she could get a tech out within the hour. He showed up in 30 minutes. Yay me. Had our gas water heater replaced. They were prompt, competitively priced, were done in under 2 hours, and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I'm on a first name basis with two of their employees. I've had excellent service, and when I haven't, someone has stepped up to help. They've helped me with several projects...refurbishing a baby crib, installing a patio, installing a sink, repairing cracks/gaps in cement around foundation of my home, installing a screen/storm door, etc. Special shout out to Kevin, always a helping hand!
