Very professional, prompt and friendly!

Their quote was $2000 less than a well-known plumbing company in town, but the quality of their work was top-notch. They took a complex problem and worked hard to find the best way to make the repair and in the process saved me money and effort by making the repair without affecting new tile I had laid in the bathroom. They were courteous, on time, and finished ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them.

our hot water went out and had no clue why. we had some so called heating and cooling guys from craigslist who both had a bad attitude and both were clueless to why the unit wasn't firing up. but wanted hundreds of dollars to replace parts.

We then came across KNAUER HEATING AND PLUMBING on a google search and called them. The lady who answered our call was very polite and was eager to help us. she said no one was able to come out until tomorrow at 830am. when we told her we been without hot water for 4 days, she went above and beyond and arranged for someone to come out immediately and did not charge us a emergency service fee.

A gentleman by the name of Sebastian Bellante who was clearly a professional whiten this field arrived just 20 min later. As soon as Sabastian entered the area he told me the first problem was that, the other so called craigslist professionals was trying to start up the wrong hot water tank. After only 5 min of inspecting the correct water tank. Sabastian successfully diagnosed the problem.

I highly recommend this company and the staff to whom ever is in need of a heating and cooling professional. they are professional, eager to help you , experienced and very knowledgeable in the different units and trouble shooting. They were also very reasonable cost wise considering that they are a true professional heating and cooling service provider

Tim came out and fixed my problem in no time, where the other plumers ( I won't mention) I called before Tim wanted to cut pipes, thank goodness I got a second opinion 😳. I'll be using Tim's plumbing again in the future.

Adam from Milestone Plumbing called and let me know he was on his way. He was prompt, he got started immediately and went through the list of things that needed to be taken care of, looking at and assessing each one first, explaining what his thoughts were as he went along. He then repaired everything in a very reasonable time period. He was so patient with my grandchildren, he was patient with me and all my questions, explaining the why's and how's of everything. When he left I truly felt things had been done right and I am so so grateful.
I had a couple questions I had forgotten to ask and when I called their office those questions were answered and I was told if I needed anything else with what was done to just let them know and it would be taken care of. Cliff Bergin is great. Nathan came to my house today to fix a water line issue from the basement to the refrigerator upstairs. He determined that the copper tubing originally installed was not sufficient for the water line....the copper tubing, installed by another company, was kincked and twisted. Nathan ensured that the water that was leaking on my new kitchen linoleum was quickly mopped up and even better when all was said and done, everything was cleaned up and refrigerator put back into place. Great service!

Words cannot describe the professionalism, attention to details, and responsiveness IcyHot founder Hector gave to us! We were referred to him by a friend as the big box HVAC companies were unresponsive to our lack of heat. Hector answered us immediately, came out to our house within an hour for a quote for a new boiler, and installed the next day!!! He would not leave our house on day of install until we had fully function heat. Words cannot describe the amount of faith and hope we put into Hector and his crew to come to our rescue as our home was without heat and 55 degrees (of note the big box company had over a week and did not even provide us with an install date....so yes! we were without any head for over a week until Hector came to us!). The next day he and his crew installed our new boiler, ensured everything was fully functional prior to leaving, even went above and beyond to clean out our 1906 pipes/plumbing which is above and beyond the quote (and didn't charge us extra!!!!). This is the first time in 15 years of using a big box company that we actually have equal heat on our second story which mirrors our first story! Again....words on this review cannot describe our extreme joy and warmth with Hector's professionalism, responsiveness, and HVAC expertise on what our unique 1906 plumbing needed to guarantee us heat and peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend to all!!!!!
