Technician was pleasant to work with, but as soon as the job hit a small hiccup he bailed on me quickly. The job he had said he could do, which was a simple job, suddenly he was no longer interested in doing. If I had to bet I'm guessing it was more of not wanting to inconvenience himself, because it was an easy repair. However, once he told me he could do the job, he should have pushed through the inconvenience and honored his word. Again, while he was a very nice guy, Tim's Plumbing straight up bailed on me for a simple repair so I could not recommend them for others to use.

This was the first time I’ve used Milestone Plumbing. Because of the outstanding experience I had with this company I am a lifer with this business. Luke, as the plumber who did the work, was meticulous and did an outstanding job. He was professional, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Thanks for doing a great job!
