Best Boiler Repairs in Milwaukee WI

I had my furnaces tuned up last week by Randy. He did a great job. The furnaces are running better and smoothly. I definitely recommend Dickenschrauf Heating and Cooling and Plumbing. Been a regular customer for Plumbing since 2019. They also do a great job. Thumbs Up

We hired them to replace the shut off valve for our outdoor water spigot two years ago. When we turned on the valve this spring it had a massive leak from where the pipes were soldered. When we called them to repair the leaky pipe they wanted to charge us a minimum of $175 for a service fee. We feel that they should have repaired the leaky soldering for no charge because a soldered pipe should last much longer than two years before it leaks! Because of the poor quality of the work and the fact that they do not stand behind their work we will never hire this company again!

They came to help solve our problem. We had a leaking water heater. Problem fixed. In need of a 24 hours plumbing company? This is the company to-go-to. Oh I almost forgot its 11 PM when I called.

Called O&W to help us with our Aprilaire that was leaking and they came out the next morning to fix our problem! Very helpful and explains everything, would highly recommend!

I was nervous about calling Heiden based on the reviews but proceeded because: 1) My plumber friend recommended this place and 2) most of the negative reviews were about failed callbacks rather than the work. So I called Heiden and was told a plumber would call me back about my issue and to schedule a time. That did not happen so I understand some of the negative reviews. I called Heiden back the next day, explained how I never got a callback, and that person scheduled me on the spot. I'm glad I called back because I'm really happy with the work and with Scott in particular. My plumbing situation was tricky due to old pipes that were oddly configured and he explained all the options he could take without pressuring me into anything. I opted for the comprehensive and best long-term option that involved replacing a very old and clogged pipe by cutting a hole in my dining room ceiling. Scott was super thorough, explained everything, tested everything multiple times, and took immaculate care of my house. It wasn't the cheapest ($1,060 for about 5 hours of work and this doesn't include the cost to patch the hole in my dining room ceiling) but the work seems to be holding up. Scott is now my go-to guy for all plumbing and he should be yours too.

They install the new furnace and new outlet, then I also professionally installed whole house humidifier, After couple weeks furnace stop working! It was still under warranty but they DIDN'T fix it , They said no warranty because someone install the humidifier! I have to pay to fix it!

Only fixed one of our two problems and overcharged

Excellent work. Called them to replace water heater in the evening, had someone out the next day for the install. Replaced in about an hour and a half. No mess or hassles. Excellent price. Had used them before during the height of the pandemic because my shower failed to the point, I had to turn off the main. Nobody else would come out, but the actual owner came out and got my shower working again with some clever ingenuity. Imagine being in the height of a pandemic and could not wash yourself properly. Would recommend them to anybody. And will be my go-to company in the future for my plumbing repairs.
