No real complaints

We hired him to replace a kitchen faucet and fix leaking toilet. He did the job perfectly and was very polite. I have so many jobs I would want to hire him for. Once we get our refund it's time to call!

The best of the 'hardware' stores. I like being able to look up items I need online and seeing where they are located in the store ahead of time, which saves a lot of time. Service is great, and employees are knowledgeable. Only wish they would still cut plywood and plexiglass to size like they did in the past. Must be some liability thing now. Otherewise, an all-around awesome experience for any home needs.

Called to schedule a pipe repair at 5:00pm. Person that took the call was very understanding and set up an appointment between 12:00 - 4:00 the next day. Plumber showed up shortly after 12:00 and was finished by 12:45.
The plumber was very professional and had all the supplies he needed in his van.

James was very prompt, courteous and professional. Both of our projects were repairing structural deterioration, and he did a great job on both. We called him back to make a minor adjustment to our back gate, and he was again very prompt and finished work quickly, and even added a piece of wood to make the repair more visibly pleasing.
