From first call to finish the service was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. Our representative, Justin was ultra knowledgeable, very friendly and responsive. Most importantly, he effectively resolved our issue in a timely manner. We've dealt with many other plumbing companies and the experience was not even close. Falcon gets a 10! Edwin was a dream to work with, I would highly recommend him to all of my friends and family. Edwins work was top notch, clean and fast.

They performed a leak test for me, concluded that it was a shower pan leak because they saw water on the floor when they opened up the bottom of the floor on the opposite side of the shower wall, recommended that I redo the entire bathroom and report the claim to my insurance company. I wasn't convinced because they wouldn't and didn't know how to perform a hydrostatic test. We eventually opened up the walls, turns out it was the shower diverter leaking. They also reset a toilet for me, less than 6 months later, it's wabbling. Worst plumber ever. Really seems like they're looking for issues or trying to create issues so that you have to report an insurance claim.
