My ticket number is 20647392. I was very dissatisfied with the service. Your plumber came out and declared that it was the septic tank but did not open the sewer line cleanout which was 2 feet away. Because of him I called the septic tank company who cleaned out the septic tank but the clog persisted. when they opened the cleanout, it was full of caked grease which Roto Rooter should have known to clean out.Your plumber offered to give me a $25 discount if I would give him a good review. I declined.A short while after someone called me to schedule a camera for $500 which was never mentioned by your plumber.All in all I expected much more professional service from Roto Rooter. I have used your company before with good results. This time only gets because there is not a lower rating available.

So glad to have found Hernandez plumbing, we had a pipe burst in outside our home. Within one hour of calling they came to assess the problem. They stopped our water so that we would not be charged an arm and a leg by the water company. Following day, they completed the job so could come back home to use our water supply. During this stressful CoVID19 time, I am glad that we came across this company to fix an issue we did not expect in such a timely and professional manner!
