We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the morning to request a garbage disposal installation and the plumber, Abraham, was at our house by the early afternoon on the same day. He installed our new garbage disposal and identified a valve that was preventing us from getting full hot water pressure. Abraham was communicative and friendly. The price was reasonable. We'd be comfortable going back for future plumbing needs.

Spectacular and pristine service! We needed to have almost our entire plumbing redone as we have an old house with galvanized pipes. We had utilized coastal plumbing a year ago for a simple clog and we recalled how great they were and called again. Eddie responded immediately and was able to come to our house to quote us within 24 hours. He was honest with us from day 1 about the extent of our work and issues we may encounter. Him and his team started a week long project within 48hrs of contact. Eddie kept my husband and I up to date on everything (the good and the bad).
