After replacing two wax rings the toilet still leaks into my downstairs neighbors bathroom. I called another plumber who determined that Roto-Rooter failed to use an additional wax ring which was required because of the depth of the toilet flange. They installed the additional ring and the problem was solved.

We had been having issues with our pipes clogging and a lack of hot water for a while. After researching online, I found Roto-Rooters and they seemed like the best fit for what we needed. Same day service and free estimate.Our plumber, Michael 5021, was great. He was knowledgeable and professional. Initially, we thought the job would be 2-3 hours. Instead it turned into 7 hours when we decided to switch out our 12 year old water heater. Rather than making us wait until the next day, Michael’s commitment was impressive. He stayed to finish the job even though it meant him staying until 9 PM.After my experience today, I would definitely use them (preferably Michael) again!

I had someone from Coral Gables Plumbers come and look what it would take to repair my shower handle. They never called me back. I left 2 messages and received no response. After my 3rd call it appeared as if they blocked my number. According the new plumber I hired, the person from Coral Gables Plumbing did more damage than anything else. Very disappointed.
