I had a major toilet back up in my restaurant. I called Falcon Plumbing and actually got to speak to the owner. She got a tech on the other line and even though she was booked, she was able to fit us in. The tech was professional, explained the problem, gave me a quote and fixed the issue. He even cleaned the area afterwards and I would recommend her to anyone. I was so impressed that I had her install a shower at my home and again, professional, courteous and gave me excellent recommendations. I went to a tankless heater and she gave me the best price on the market. Now, I can run 4 showers at once and not run out of hot water. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She does what she says she will do and her techs do excellent work. Not a lot of plumbers out there trying to save you money. That's why they have been in business for so long. They treat you like family. Anyone that gives you a quote over the phone is lying. They come out and see what the problem is first. Then they give you options and a realistic timeline. Great company, highly recommended.

Wow! So glad we found Coastal Plumbing of Brickell. Eddie and his crew helped us out tremendously. We recently began moving into a property that had plumbing that was around 80+ years old. We wanted to update the plumbing before we moved in, in order to not have any issues later on. Eddie and his team were quick to offer their help and assistance. They were very detailed in their work, always making sure that attention was paid to every detail of the job. They were efficient and constantly kept me updated on everything, taking photos and videos of their work before and after. I have known Frank, an owner of TASCO for years and he is very committed to his clients and his staff. There are a hundred Frank stories where he has saved us money and looked out for us. I had my AC break down a few years ago and did not know that Tasco provided emergency service. The other company told me I needed a new air handler and so I got quotes from a couple AC companies and called Tasco for a bid. Frank came and told me they were trying to rip me off and my air handler would last a few more years and it just needed a cleaning.

Another time had a water leak water going everywhere and called Tasco in the middle of the night. Frank answered the phone, and came to fix the leak with his guys in the middle of the night. He even called in a water/mold remediation company and stayed to make sure that everything was done right.

I have never ever known anyone as hard working as Frank nor as honest. I would not hesitate to recommend him and do, in fact, to all my Clients.
