We had an excellent experience dealing with roto rooter this weekend. The team was efficient, professional and went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to restore our plumbing. We came home to a complete mess on a Friday evening and despite the fact that it was not only a holiday weekend the team was able to come late at night and early the following morning to help us address the problem and diagnose the underlying issue. As frustrating as the situation was, the team was very kind and considerate and genuinely extended themselves to help us to resolve the issue as soon as possible and they made sure we were informed and felt comfortable throughout the process.
