We had a septic tank cleaned and got an invoice amount of 375.00 the owner charged an extra 15$ for the card with out telling us that and when i called he yelled at telling me that he charged that because of the debit card so i asked him why was it not in the invoice or we were told that we are gonna be charged that ? The invoice clearly says 375.00
He said i should charge 600.00 not only 390.00 i told him that what ever he wants to charge has to be told and agreed before and that would be fine ,but changing the charge after because we used a card is not the right thing to do he threatened and shouted something and gang up the phone

I called Dovis Plumbing yesterday for a quote and this morning Mark and Dillon ( I hope I got the names right) installed our new water heater. Everything went smoothly and very professionally. I will for sure hire them again for our next plumbing issue.
