My home suffered extensive damage because of a plumbing leak. This plumber fixed my pipe in about two hours, thus I highly recommend him. He worked quickly and efficiently, and there were no issues with his work. Furthermore, the service was provided at a very reasonable cost.

Terrible customer service. They are fast to take your money, but do not stand behind their work. We are a repeat customer and you would think they would treat you better.

These guys came in an hour after my call and they fixed my water heater when other companies told me just to buy a new one ( which costs more then $1000) very professional company ! Recommend!!!

I was referred to Robert by another very highly rated company after I had tried calling 4 other companies and couldn't get in touch with any one of them. Once I spoke with Robert, he immediately identified the problem I was having and knew exactly what he needed in order to get my emergency resolved.

Let me back track a little. I got home one night after work and when I went into the bathroom I heard noise coming from behind the shower handle and when I took it off there was a spray of hot water coming out. The water was actually coming out from the stopper and there was no shutting that down. The building where I live doesn't have a shut off valve for the units and any repairs need the water to the entire building to be shut off. This quickly became an emergency because there was water spraying not just into the bathroom, but behind the wall as well and sure enough, eventually water started getting into and flooding other units.

Like I mentioned earlier, once I got in contact with Robert, he knew exactly what needed to be done and what tools he needed so he set out to collect them. He arrived at the time he said he would but that's when the real issues began. The building manager didn't want to allow Robert to work in the unit and did not let him in and instead forced us to use her plumbing company. Living in Miami I've met my share of rude and unprofessional people, but this building manager was just something else completely. Anyways, this review isn't about that but I thought I should share that bit in order to explain that unfortunately Robert was unable to do the work to fix my issue but was sure prepared to do it.

I definitely added his number to my contacts and have already recommended him to everyone I know in the event they need any work done. His prices are also great, he was going to charge me 3 times less than what I ended up having to pay the building managers company that ended up doing the work.

Thanks again for everything Robert and I wish things had worked out that day. Thought I would let you know that water kept spraying out for another 4 hours after you left and ended up flooding the hallway until that other company finally showed up.

Tatiana was amazing. She made me feel warm and she was very understanding. Mark was our plumber. He was early. Our scheduled time was 12-4. They got there early. He took his time looked at the problem. Which was a pipe issue on the roof that need to be a certain inch off the roof. And he showed us all of our options. And explained everything. Oh yeah when making the appointment Tatiana was very knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I was asking for even though I didn’t. But knowing that even the receptionist knew what was going on gave me confidence that they can get the job done 😊😊. Thankyou so much I will definitely use your company again.
