I recently hired them for a shower pressure repair. One day a guy came and spent about 3 hours fiddling with it and talking to the supervisor to figure out the issue. Then he tells me there's a part that needs to be replaced. He said He'd go buy it...mind you, he's still billing the time he took to figure this out

He then tells me that the next day, he's going to come with his supervisor to fix it. They billed me for 3 hours and included the part cost

That was a total of 920$. Total rip off. I would not recommend them since they are not worth the value

Friendly, professional. Tomas made us all so comfortable and helped us with our drainage issues and told me what to try and look at next to keep our plumbing good. He was just an amazing person. I am so thankful for him! I will be contacting this company again, as well as recommending your company to my family, friends, and work colleagues.

I called on a weekend and the person on the phone did not inform me of the price difference due to a weekend call. I had the water turned off and there was no flooding so it wasn’t a real emergency.
After they could not fix my issue after being here for hours, they only capped the pipe- I was then informed that the price per hour was almost doubled due to it being a Saturday.
I was left without a working shower and no hot water and even into the week and then was over charged from the original Plummer’s invoice. I feel Completely ripped off and I would not recommend them due to the leave out of price information at the time of the first call.
