The BEST !!!! Eddie called back within 15 min of my emergency call. He asked me a few questions and actually helped me fix my simple emergency over the phone !!! I will use no one but him for all my plumbing needs!!!

This company is supposed to be the best in town, but had the worst experience. They sent out two technicians out to the job site on multiple occasion just to tell us that a special tool was needed. Technicians were not prepare and worst they charged us an astronomical amount of money for a job they could not fix. Eddy Villamil, service manager, has zero professionalism and tries to scam you in believing the job is more complicated than it is. Please be careful when hiring this company. We ended up fixing the issue ourselves with NO SPECIAL TOOLS!
