Best Water Heater Repair in Miami FL

Mike was amazing he came he and helped me with my tankless water heater as I am not familiar with it and he answered all my questions and was very polite and not only that he was fast working and very efficient he assured me that if i needed anything else i could reach out to them 24/7 which really helps when you have emergencies late at night i cant thank him enough if i could give them 10 stars i would thank you so much true flow plumbing🙂

Professional, experienced, and efficient

Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.

Thank you, nothing like good service people. Even though we called about a water softener, which they don't work on. Time was taken on A Saturday - over the phone- to tell us how to shutoff water to the softener. Even allowed us to text pictures ensuring we used the correct bypass valve. God Bless you!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I had a slab leak and had to have a complete repipe done. I had to go back and forth with my homeowners insurance for three months before we reached a settlement. Josh was generous enough to understand what a frustrating situation I was in and promptly completed the repipe. My situation was unusual and they were willing to work with me to restore water to my home. They were kind, professional, punctual, and put me at ease after a long, stressful time. Don't use big corporations! Support these local guys and you will not be disappointed!

I have used these folks in the past and was very satisfied . This time around I forgot to get an estimate because i trusted them . That was my mistake.
I suggest you get one before you have work is done . Then they quoted me $500.00 to repair toilet screws and wax ring . Turnes out it cost me $600.00... I will never use them again to much drama ...
