If you want an honest, reliable, and reasonably priced plumber in the area, CALL THIS COMPANY! Our landlord was out of town, so we had to coordinate finding a plumber on July 3rd to replace an old kitchen faucet. Angel is the owner, and he answered my call on the first ring. He was friendly, to-the-point, and gave me an extremely reasonable quote. I coordinated with him to make sure I purchased the correct type of faucet to replace the broken one, and he guided me to the right product. He even came on the morning of July 4th to do the installation. He couldn’t have been nicer, and the work quality was amazing. The kitchen faucet is now fixed, and we also now know a dependable and extremely hardworking man whose quality of work is exceptional.

Set up an appointment with the Home Depot to have a tankless water heater install. The Home Depot assigned D/O as the vendor for my project. The Home Depot instructed me to contact the vendor for faster service. I waited till the next morning to be contacted. They called and sent an email early in the morning. I tried to call them but the calls go to voicemail. I replied to the email and was quoted for an electric tankless water heater. I explained that I have a gas water heater. She replied that she didn’t know much about gas tankless water heaters but gave me a price range of between $2000 and $3000 for the job. She said her estimator would have to come out to give me a better quote. I agreed and was told the estimator would call me in the morning. 2 days have past without any contact from this company. All communication is documented and by email. I will be making a formal complaint with Home Depot corporate as well and will attempt to make the owners of Douglass Orr pluming aware of this.

First of all, buy a vacuum cleaner for your guys to vacuum dust as it's created when you work in people's furnished homes; that’s what quality residential plumbers do. You don’t come in a home where people are living and do the job as though you were on a construction site, with no protective equipment, proper tools for cleaning or consideration for people’s belongings. Also, even if there was no pandemic, workers should wear booties when entering a residence.

Your guys closed the door from the bathroom to my closet but ignored the fact that it couldn't close all the way because it had a hanging shoe rack on it. So, they just ignored that fact and allowed my entire wardrobe and bedroom to get covered in debris. Thank you for that. Had we known, we could have removed the shoe rack so the door could be closed all the way.

Further, when we initially agreed on $385 for the job, there was no mention of an additional charge if you couldn’t enter the wall through sheetrock from another room vs. the marble where the problem was. You don't show up at someone's home and try to extort an extra $200 from them because you think you can get away with that because the people are desperate to stop a leak in their home “during a pandemic.” Totally immoral. Totally sleazy.

Not that this is even relevant, because it isn't, but it took your guys an extra +/- 20 minutes to go through marble than sheetrock. And, unlike your guys initially estimated, it didn’t take breaking up to 10 marble rectangles or so much extra time. That was a total exaggeration to make asking for an extra $200 totally legitimate. They quickly cut the proper shape opening on 3 rectangles. They should be able and prepared to work in bathrooms. They expected my wife to clear a totally packed walk-in closet in order to break through the wall to make their job a little easier.

After finally agreeing to accept the pre-agreed up price, paying them that and a tip both in cash, the boss, Frank, called the next morning and tried to bully us. Instead of apologizing for the whole ordeal, he threatened to put a lien on our property if we didn’t pay the extra $200. Tasco has now been banned from our building. Beware of Tasco Plumbing.

We needed ply wood. First guy had no idea what it was. 10 min later we got a guy. Cut it. Great. Not one piece even. . reminder. Your in South Florida now. Not GA. Not Maine.

Tried a dozen different boiler experts before I found Burnomatic. They are the only ones that not only didn't look scared when they saw our heating system, they could actually speak to it and communicate how it works and why it is acting the they do.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The plumber will take your money and fix nothing. They dispatched a plumber who came to inspect the toilet and demanded a $129 inspection fee. Said he would come back later to buy parts and fix it, but never did. Despite calling the company multiple times, customer service did nothing to fix the problem. They seem to only have one plumber on call, and if you allow him, he will scam you out of your money.
