I called Mr. Peral on Sunday and he was at the house the next morning. We have two ACs and he took his time maintaining, cleaning, and repairing each one while simultaneously giving us tips on how to maintain each system to prevent any future cooling issues. I had a leak in the toilet tank during Memorial Day weekend and the owner, Wendy, found out that TOTO discontinued the item and had no replacement parts. We spoke and she ordered a new toilet and tank. Michael was sent for the installation, and he was knowledgeable and efficient. Wendy and her staff are responsive, personable and dedicated to doing a good job. I recommend them and will use them again.

So after being totally abused by this company, ALL SERVICES AC, actually fixed the problem and didn't rob me. My unit was leaking water. This tech came out for 31 minutes, used a hand pump, pumped three times, said the drain line was now clear and charged $225!!!! If the problem persists, you need your coils cleaned, a $350 service. So I called 5 other companies that charge between $125-$145 for clearing the drain line. The problem persisted, ALL SERVICES actually assessed my unit, found drain pan not level, resolved the issue, charged me his service call fee (less than $90). Thanks for making me aware there are still honest people out there. BTW, the one star is mandatory.
