First, the company takes credit cards, and that was a major plus for us. Second, Juan shows up promptly. We called him in the morning and by early afternoon he was at our residence. Third, Juan knows his stuff. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Fourth, we found his fees to be reasonable. Fifth, we highly recommend Juan for your plumbing needs.

We had a kitchen renovation done with a new faucet and disposable installed.
The night before Thanksgiving, I put potato peels down the disposal and the water backed up at us. It was after hours and I was able to get a hold of the original installer, Ariel Rodriguez. He came and was able to correct the issue. My family’s Thanksgiving would have been ruined if he didn’t come. This young man is courteous and works extremely hard. I can not say enough about him except that I will always recommend Hernandez Plumbing to my friends and family when asked about a reliable and honest plumber. Thank you Mr. Rodriguez.

Come to my house with exceptional customer service orientation, fixed everything, showed me what was bad and explained why he then went over my bill with me so I was aware as to what I was being charged. Diosvany is the very best. Not only did he arrive earlier than promised, he was thorough and had fantastic customer service. Sunday night at 11 pm isn’t the most convenient time for a plumber but he made it all very pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend them. You won’t be disappointed.

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
