Come to my house with exceptional customer service orientation, fixed everything, showed me what was bad and explained why he then went over my bill with me so I was aware as to what I was being charged. Unprofessional company in its dealings with the clients and also incompetent in terms of city permitting. They did a job and did not advise us that it requires permit from the city, as a result of which we are still dealing with the city officials and have been penalized for this. They also refused to assist further with anything.

Super fast response and even faster clearing of plumbing issue

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.

He came to clear a clog in my main sewage drain on 8/5/18 and charged me over $200 for the 15 minute job.
On 8/22/18 i’m having the exact same problem. I call him to come fix his work and he said he’ll be here within 2 hours... never shows. I call multiple times that day and the day after with no response, straight to voicemail.
I paid him that much for his work that lasted two weeks, he is a scam artist and clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing. Call anybody but this guy.
