Said it would be $250 for the first hour for a weekend service call. Normally that would have been high, but, on the weekend I agreed. When presented with the bill for 1 hour's work, it was $295. I asked why the extra amount and the guy said the hourly rate starts from when he arrives and ends when he finishes writing the bill. So, I was charged a full extra half hour because it took him ten minutes to write the invoice and he said he was there for an hour and ten minutes.

I will not be using their services again.

The refrigerator waterline shut-off valve was leaking and had to be replaced along with the wall box. The technician seemed knowledgeable and very professionald but this company is super expensive, hence the rating. I'm sure that I could have had the repair completed for less, however I was traveling the next day and pressed for time so used them.

This company was recommend to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier with work and professionalism. I completely remodeled two bathrooms in my house one of which had to have a toilet moved, a hot tub drain moved to convert into a master shower, they also ran the new lines for a rain shower head, relocated shower fixtures and lastly I had them convert a single sink into a his and hers sink. They showed up as promised and work was completed beyond my expectations. I don't usually do these reviews but great work shouldn't go unnoticed. Highly recommend!!
