Best Waste Line in Mesa AZ

Front office staff needs to be retrained on their job & customer service or be replaced. They are terrible & I feel bag for the techs. Tech was awesome!

It was a great experience. There was a leak in my bathroom. I called C3 Plumbing and they came on short notice, stopped the leakage, gave me a fair quote for work that needed to be done, and did an excellent job. They didn't leave a huge mess like I was expecting. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends

Had employee show up completely unprofessional and rude.

From my initial call until the end of the job everyone was friendly and professional. Our call was scheduled from 4 to 6, but the technician, Jesse, was stuck on a prior call. Jesse took the initiative to text me with what was happening and that he would let me know when he would be on his way. He arrived at 7pm after what I'm sure was a hard day, be he was all smiles, friendly, fast and competent. This company and Jesse are now in our phone book for future use. Thank you.
