I've known Rob for over 30 years, and knew he was a plumber, but never called him... until I learned my lesson!!! A few years back our home warranty company sent us out a plumber to help us deal with a broken water line in our kitchen floor. The estimated price of repair was HUGE and we were told the repair couldn't be scheduled right away because they were booked! I called Rob and he came out what seemed like instantly (compared to the warranty plumber) AND FIXED the issue for LESS THAN 1/2 of what the warranty plumber was quoting. The repair has never given us an issue since. Now, he is THE ONLY plumber our family relies on. (I feel guilty that we didn't rely on him sooner!)
