I called and left a message. No call back for a plumbing leak. Called the next morning, got a hold of someone and he said his tech would call on his way over that day. No one called or showed up. Called again that night and the next day and only got voicemail. No call backs. Luckily it was such a small issue I figured it out myself and I dodged a huge plumber bill for a stupid easy problem, thanks to their lack of follow up.

I would not recommend Rush Plumbing! We had an emergency and had a water heater leaking. They came out and were nice but took us to the cleaners. I didn’t have a lot of time to research and shop around for plumbers because we needed our water heater fixed soon but they took advantage of an emergency situation. Once they gave me my bill they wouldn’t itemize the receipt and just gave me a grand total which was absolutely ridiculous. I know I shouldn’t have paid without and itemized receipt but I did. I have since called around to different places and every plumber I have called would have charged me a significant amount less for the work. They took advantage of us and should be ashamed for doing so.

I highly recommend Rush Plumbing!! I had a new dishwasher and disposal installed yesterday. The water pipes didn't line up correctly. My installer Doug called Rush plumbing and hooked me up next day service!! David H. from Rush plumbing arrived, installed the new pipes and tested the dishwasher and disposal all within my service window!!! I am extremely happy with David's workmanship. Very courteous and professional. Rush Plumbing is my new go to for all of my plumbing needs!!!

called them on monday, they missed the scheduled day, I called the next day and he still didnt show up, three days late I called anothe company that came out and took care of the issue, he finally showed up with out curtousy to even call and I told him another company fixed the issue, thanks for the wasted time.

Simpson did an AMAZING job! I called him in panic. I needed someone out to my house that same day to fix a repair so we could close on our home. He came out and explained the issue and had it fixed in no time. He’s genuinely a good guy who knows what he’s doing. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone

When my technicians call about plumbing issues on job sites I always refer Rush Plumbing. They are quick to respond, honest and clean in their work. I highly recommend this company.

Unreliable. Called and texted them on a Wednesday. Dusty said he would be available at the beginning of the following week. I called him again the following week and he did not return my call. I would’ve preferred to be told he wouldn’t be able to service my house rather than wait 5 days and not get any kind of response. And this company was a referral. Poor business practice.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Plumber, David Heinecke came to repair the water line that the installers for Spencer's Appliance broke, during the installation of our new dishwasher. He did an outstanding job, was very professional, and I can't believe he added our call to the end of his day (8:20 p.m., mind you!). Otherwise, we would have had to contend with a dripping water line and a broken valve, under the sink, until the next day, during regular hours. We actually got to use our new dishwasher on the day it was installed! Thank you again David Heinecke and Rush Plumbing.

Called and requested service. It was approximately six hour before they came out and then charged me for an emergency service call. The most blatant thing was they said my PRV was bad and a test showed that it wasn't but I took their word for it and was charged for things that I didn't need.

Let me tell you about the people you deal with when you meet Rush Plumbing. I had just broken down on the side of the road. I was just about to start running down the road to get to the gas station when Tanner pulled over and helped me get to a gas station. The first gas station didn't have a gas can so we went to a second gas station. After getting fuel and him taking me back to my vehicle my battery had died from having my hazards on. He then ran behind my vehicle and pushed it around the corner and into a safe spot, pulled his vehicle up behind mine and jumped it so I could get back on the road. Tanner saved me. He didn't want anything to repay his kindness. When I need some plumbing help I will be calling Rush. They will always be my go to recommendation for the type of people they are. Thank you.

Did some work for my parents a couple years ago and not only was the work exceptional, the service was too. Had a leak behind our shower and David came out and had the job complete by 5pm. Same day!! Highly recommend.

I called Rush Plumbing on Wednesday to get quote on replacing water heater and was referred to David Heinecke as local contact and technician. David Sourced the 80 gallon water heater within about an hour and provided a very complete and competitive quote, and said he could install the following day. He arrived on time, provided a very complete and professional installation, and completely cleaned the area.
I found David to be not only extremely knowledgable and professional, he actually provided me assistance and information even if I decided not to purchase from him. David demonstrated and interest in getting my business , and based on my experience would highly recommend Rush Plumbing and David.

Tom is in Utah now!! I have used Rush Plumbing for my personal residence and rentals. They do an outstanding job and the service is great. They are very honest which brings a lot of peace of mind. There are a lot of plumbers out there and you won't go wrong with Rush Plumbing.
