Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

My husband scheduled an appointment online. I called this morning to make sure that we had an appointment actually scheduled. Cindy checked the schedule and verified that we were on the schedule for between 10 am & 2 pm. Our water was shut off and we needed a new shutoff valve to the toilet. Technician Jesse arrived and went right to work. He was very courteous and professional. Explained pricing and what he would be fixing . My house is 28 years old and Diefenderfer Plumbing has been doing superior work for me for over 20 years. Ralph and his crew have installed 2 hot water heaters, an RO system, and a water softener. They have replaced faucets, fixed leaks, etc. Pricing is fair. All work has been done in a professional and courteous manner. I also like the fact that Ralph takes pride in his work and stands behind it. I would not hesitate to recommend this plumbing company.
