The person I spoke to at the office was very friendly and capable, and helped me feel very confident in their ability to help me. They were able to send someone out the next morning (it wasn’t an emergency) and he arrived right at the beginning of the 2-hour window they’d given me.

Warren was also very friendly and professional. He was quickly able to determine how to resolve the broken pipe, and actually improved the set up so the shower is better overall, not just back to the way it was. The price was less than I was anticipating, too.

Altogether, I am very pleased with my dealings with this company and would recommend them to others.
