Parker sets the standard for service! I live in south Scottsdale (famous for our wonderful plumbing), have had Parker out 2 times now for different problems and they are great. Same or next day appointments available, show up on time and just flat out get you fixed! Steven also offered me a couple services for maintenance on my water heater after fixing my outside leaky faucet bib and clogged drain, that will help extend the life of it and was a very reasonable cost. Talk you through everything, give you quotes before starting any work and stick to it. Listen to your trade professionals, they are here to help you and avoid major issues with your plumbing or HVAC equipment!Check your Anode Rod in your water heater, our hard water eats at this instead of the walls inside your tank. Which causes tanks to burst and leak. They can explain better than me obviously! I’d highly suggest servicing your water heater (and AC unit) with Parker. Few bucks for regular maintenance to get the full life of your equipment is a LOT easier to swallow than the cost of full replacements prematurely because you didn’t listen to your trade professional!
