Water Heaters only did an excellent job at installing my new water heater. Trevor was my installer, helped identify an issue that needed attention behind my heater, and educated me about my new heater. I highly recommend this company and especially, Trevor.

I am highly disappointed in all the issues I am having with 3 brand new units. We spent $46k and some change. They came out today to fix some things on the units and only did 2 out of the 3. Not sure how hard it is to look at all 3 when the call was for all 3 units. One unit stopped working completely and our room was 95 plus degrees come to find out the Tech’s that fixed it out to much Freon in. He didn’t bother checking the other two units while he was out there. The sales rep was great when selling the package but seems to have gone awol when there are issues with it.
