So impressed with Bill, the AC tech that came and fixed our system. He took his time to really figure out what was wrong and once he determined what was wrong he replaced the failed panel, then took time, out in the heat, to make sure that it was the correct fix. Came back a second time because we had an additional concern and ran through our system again. He was very friendly and pleasant. Took time to explain things to my understanding.
